They cook with a lot of heart and you notice that with every bite. Support this little culinary gem during this crazy time - you more than deserve it!

Excellent food! Highly Recommended. We had ordered the Advent menu with 12 different dishes. Each of them was delicious. The collection was super uncomplicated, everything was ready at the specified time. I'm really looking forward to a visit in person as soon as this is possible again!

We used the takeaway option and ordered the Advent menu. From the super simple online order to the uncomplicated collection to the simple preparation of the delicious dishes at home, we were very satisfied. We hope we can personally enjoy the delicious food and the ambience of the flower again soon.

The fact that the food and service in the Blume are excellent is well known nationwide. Last Sunday I tried your delivery service. Also here 5 stars! ??? The delivery came very punctually, was "delivery service-warm" and as tasty as I am used to from the flower. As a bonus there was a call from the boss personally 2 days later, who wanted me for feedback. That gives another extra star.

Spent a great evening, delicious food, good wines and whoever likes tapas, we love this here. The hygiene concepts are implemented very well here.

We love tapas and they are made with love in the flower. Have been here several times and have never been unsatisfied. We recommend reserving in advance.

We have a longer journey but we like to come back again and again. The food is really delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We always feel very comfortable and therefore have a nice evening with our friends.

The two of us dined there on Friday and everything worked out perfectly! The friendliness, the service, the food and the hygiene measures due to Corona were exemplary. We would like to come again!

Excellent food, definitely get the tapas. All tapas were very delicious. I can highly recommend the Schwarzwald Tiramisu as a desert, too.

We went here for our wedding anniversary. The Black Forest tapas concept is a great idea and the food is awesome! Unfortunately, the service absolutely cannot keep up. It's not that the staff are rude, they just don't know how professional service works. A lot of small mistakes destroy a lot of what the lovingly arranged dishes have built up. With a two weekend course you could probably achieve a lot ^^ Nevertheless! An absolute recommendation

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Great price-quality ratio. I skipped starters and went straight for the potato, horseradish and beetroot soup (well-balanced flavours, tasty and creamy), then the Flammkuchen with mountain cheese and onions/chives (thin, great cheese, well-balanced) and wild garlic sausage (sausage was cooked properly, salad and its dressing balanced the fattiness of the pork sausage perfectly). They also have a great selection of tasty vegan and vegetarian dishes (my friends and I tried the mousaka and the pearl barley "cake" thingy, both really tasty). What sold it for me was the braised pork cheeks with white bean mousse. The pork cheeks were perfectly cooked (medium-rare), tender that you can cut them with a spoon, and very nicely paired with a red wine reduction (that worked really well, curious what wine they used). The white bean mousse complimented the dish perfectly, great texture, smooth and velvety. I'd say on average you pay 25-30 euros for a big/proper meal (I had in total 6 tapas + side dish of ginger carrots, which is equivalent to a 3-course meal - which is true, I was completely full afterwards.) My friends paid 20-25 (none of us drank). Highly recommend the place, try at least once, the high quality of the food and proper plating for this price is hard to find. (Waitress was also nice and very helpful)

The tapas concept is just brilliant. You can try so many different foods, all very good. Definitely try it out if you like to try it and share it with friends. Service was very friendly. Reservation is recommended.

During an excursion today we tried the Black Forest tapas. We were very excited. The quality of the dishes was excellent. Everything was prepared to the point, the ingredients were well balanced and perfectly seasoned. The service was also impeccable, the staff friendly and attentive. We would love to come back. Thanks to everyone for the great experience!

Cozy garden restaurant. Trouble-free reservation. There is an extensive menu with many local dishes. Above all, the concept of Black Forest tapas is to be commended. You can get a small portion of almost every dish, so that you can enjoy a nice selection without having to fear an umbilical hernia afterwards. The service is quick and friendly. We really enjoyed the evening.

We were in the Schallstadt region for a few days. For our last dinner we chose the Blume restaurant. Unfortunately we did not make reservations and instead of 6.30pm we could only eat at 8pm. (Reservation absolutely recommended - possible online). There are Black Forest tapas here. Really delicious and every dish a feast & a treat! :-) We were given great advice and really enjoyed the evening. If we are in the vicinity again, we will definitely come again!

Excellent restaurant from ambient, menue and service side. The unique thing is that each meal can also be ordered in Tapas size which allows to choose a variety of meals and enjoy even moore - highly recommendet experience. Get your table reserved well ahead of your planned visit
